Return Policy

 

We want you to be fully satisfied and truly happy with your order.

 If for any reason you are not pleased, we will gladly

 accept your return of unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of delivery

for exchange or store credit. 

 Merchandise purchased at 50% off is final sale.

We cannot accept returns after 14 days of your receipt of the merchandise.

 Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received.

 Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.

 All returns are subject to a Return Authorization approval. We will in return issue you a Return Authorization.

 WE'RE UNABLE TO ISSUE A RETURN LABEL OR A CALL TAG

 

How to obtain a Return Authorization

Simply log into your account and view your completed past orders, you will see the return option on the right side. We will issue you a return authorization with 24 to 48 hours. If it is more convenient you may also e mail your request at info@myshirtmylife.com Please be sure to include your name and order number and reason for return.

Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. All returns are subject to a Return Authorization approval. 


You should expect to receive your store credit within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive the store credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 to 7 business days).

We'll notify you via e-mail of your store credit once we've received and processed the returned item.

 E-Gift Cards do not expire. All E-Gift Card purchases are non-refundable and not returnable.

Shipping

Free shipping on orders over $200.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Customers are responsible for paying any additional costs including but not limited to customs, duties, and taxes.

 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
